Fees and Costs

       We charge professional fees related to the time, qualifications and experience of the professional staff we employ.  Generally, we have a minimum charge and a daily rate.  We also have a per diem rate for travel, meals and lodging.  In Florida, we usually do not charge for travel time.

       Please contact Herbert Allen to discuss fees if you have any questions. We try to explain our expected charges before you incur them, and we require a non-refundable retainer fee in many cases, but rarely in Florida mediations.
