Allen founded American Business Mediation, Inc. to meet the
needs of businesses facing conflicts. He has practiced
business law since 1990, primarily in a small or solo law firm.
He has helped many small businesses from startup to prosperity.
During that same period, small group Christian ministry has been an
important part of his everyday life. Jesus Christ serves as
the only Mediator between God and humans, and Herbert Allen applies
the principles of Jesus Christ to all business situations.
Mediation constitutes just one part of his ministry.
